This role is ideal for a disciplined professional who can ensure safe and timely transportation of staff, documents, and office materials while maintaining a high level of professionalism in a fast-paced consultancy environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely transport staff to meetings, client locations, and official appointments.
  • Deliver and collect important documents and office materials.
  • Ensure timely pickup and drop-off according to assigned schedules.
  • Plan efficient routes to avoid delays and ensure punctuality.
  • Maintain the company vehicle in clean and good working condition.
  • Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs.
  • Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations.
  • Keep records of trips, fuel usage, and vehicle maintenance.
  • Assist with minor administrative or office support tasks when required.

Requirements:

  • Valid driving license (Ontario or relevant Canadian license).
  • 2–4 years of professional driving experience.
  • Good knowledge of Toronto roads, routes, and traffic regulations.
  • Clean driving record with no major violations.
  • Ability to handle confidential documents responsibly.
  • Basic communication skills in English.
  • Punctual, disciplined, and well-presented.
