Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information about company services and processes.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure prompt service delivery.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and service requests.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and issue resolution.
- Assist in onboarding new clients and guiding them through services.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
