We are currently looking for a skilled and dependable IT Support Engineer to manage day-to-day technical support and ensure reliable IT operations across the organization. Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level and second-level technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computers, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices.
- Troubleshoot operating systems, office applications, email platforms, and business software.
- Support basic network infrastructure including LAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN connectivity.
- Perform routine system maintenance, updates, backups, and antivirus management.
- Respond to IT service requests and resolve issues within defined timelines.
- Maintain accurate records of IT assets, system configurations, and support activities.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers when required.
Requirements and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an IT Support Engineer, IT Technician, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and standard business applications.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
- Hands-on experience in hardware troubleshooting and user support.
- Good communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical users.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused approach.
